The alumina high-temperature filter bag is made from alumina short fiber fabric. It is a flexible, high-temperature resistant filter product with an advanced composite structure. It can be used continuously under special conditions such as 600–700℃ high temperatures and corrosive gases, widely used in chemical and heavy industrial fields.
The alumina fiber bulk are primarily composed of alumina (72%) and silica and are manufactured using the internationally advanced sol-gel method. They can withstand temperatures up to 1300℃ and exhibit excellent acid and alkali resistance, electrical insulation, and flexibility. They are typically white in appearance, with diameters ranging from 5.5 to 7.5μm, and are considered environmentally friendly and stable.
